Home Made Diff Cover
Firts I started out buy cutting out a
1/8" ring for around the base of the
cover and drilled out the holes, Using
the original cover for a templet
Next I used some grade 8 bolts to hole
the ring to the cover
With the bolts still in place You can
now weld the ring to the cover
using a 1.5" x 1/8" thick piece of
metal for the center cover I started by
tacking he center to the cover and
using a torch to heat and bent the
metal aound the cover to mold it to a
proper fit.  Then weld it to the outer
ring
Then I added a couple of 1.5" stock to
the center Horizontaly mounted,for
added strength.  A little balck paint
and your ready to install
